Cool forum! I'm currently in the middle of my first Jerky attempt. I do lots of cooking that includes smoking and whole hog roasting on my homebuilt roaster/smoker. I live in North Central indiana and spend most of my recreation hours either hunting, fishing or cooking. The latter two include fair amounts of beer drinking. Great to be here, hoping to learn and share lots of info.
