Hi, I'm Mike from Phoenix. Found this forum looking for recipes online, looks like a great resource here! I have a Weber grill, an Orion cooker and just got a new MasterBuilt 30'' for Christmas. I've done a ton of grilling in the past, but am just learning to use the Orion and MES. I've cooked a couple of turkeys and a boston butt in the Orion, can't believe how fast and easy that is to use! Meat turned out perfect each time. Only drawback is using a whole bag of charcoal, it can be tough for me to justify using it unless I'm cooking A LOT of meat. Really excited to start experimenting with the MES, threw a Sam's club pre-cooked brisket in and filled the rest of the racks up with veggies and sweet potatoes, delish. Tried a couple salmon filets last week, flavor was great but the meat was a little softer than I preferred, will definetely try again soon. Look forward to checking this forum often!
