Hi all.

Been lurking here for awhile, but felt I may start posting so thought I'd better get this part done.

I am fairly new to smoking, but have been a lifetime lover of the flavor.

Up until my recent "real" smoker acquisitions, I have had decent success smoking using my CharBroil Quantum IR gasser.

Mostly using indirect on warming rack using chips & pellets.

I wanted to do longer cooks, so got some new equipment (see my lists).

Looking forward to being a member of this community.
