Hello Everyone,

I was posting on this site using scarbelly login.  I feel that it is time for me to start my own.  I would like to thank everyone for all the encouragement and AWESOME words they had for Scarebelly ( Gary Simmons).  Even tho i did not respond to everyone of you You where all influential.  I am continuing with my smoking adventurers with scarbelly on my side.  This Christmas i am using scarbelly's Smoker for a turkey.  I am hoping ;-) for my own smoker for Christmas and will keep you up to speed if it happens (fingers crossed).

I am looking forward to building relationships and sharing cooking tips with everyone.  And in response to a previous post i would love to trade Avocados for Rub ANYDAY!!!!!........  Talk to you all soon.

Thanks everyone,

I will post as I smoke.  Using Pecan and Apple with a rub I found in Scarbelly's Drawers from one of you i am sure.

Welcome to the SMF Family...I understand you would like your own smoker but Gary's is one of the best Electrics on the market. It would be a shame for it to sit idle...JJ

LOL. YES but Kathy would never allow that.  I did get a new smoker for Christmas.  Now I have one at home as well at scarbelly's house.  I am set..... :-)

Here is the turkey going in.  Rubbed with olive oil and filled with onions, apples and garlic. using apple and pecan dust
