I,m gonna try a Prime Rib 4 christmas dinner. Here iz the question.  The rib is about 7lb, Missouri is going to have a high temp outside of 20. Do i need to plan for some additional cook time in the bradly?

If the smoker is up to temp, time for cooking should be the same.... UNLESS you keep opening the door....  Dave

I had the same thought, but I did two prime rib roasts (5 and 6 pounds respectively) and they turned out great with the ambient temp around 29 degrees F and a slight breeze. The Bradley had no problem getting the job done in about 4 hrs 15 min and about 3 hrs smoke. Internal temp on each roast hit 120 to 130 and I pulled and wrapped them to sit inside for about 30 minutes. Sorry no pics, and based on responses from our guests it turned out awesome.
