Hello,

TulsaJeff, wow, I am a Tulsa native too. I have been interested in meat production of all sorts for some time. I have been into sausage making and meat curing for a couple of years, on a very small scale of course.

As far as smoking, I have been using the Smokenator for the Weber grill, but just finished up a small smokehouse in the back yard.
