What a very special day this will be for one of my Scouts. Saturday he is awarded his Eagle Scout and I am very humbled that I was asked by him to smoke the pork butts and make a quadruple batch of Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans to feed approximately 60 people. I guess there are many things he could have chosen but over the years two of us leaders who love to cook continue to WoW the boys with delicious food. When having work days at my house the first question from the boys is " Mr Mig, what are we eating when we come over?" All I can do is smile... As you most know the way to a young boys heart is usually through their stomach.....
