Howdy to all,
I've been reading the forum for a while. What a wealth of information. No telling how many lbs of meat this website has saved from being ruined. haha. I started piddling many years ago with a Weber H2O smoker. Went through 2 of those. Then changed to a Brinkman 2 door, square smoker. With the few mods mentioned here that has been an exceptional smoker for me. The Brinkman is finally starting to rust a lttle so now I'm thinking about a side box type smoker.
All the internet searches I've done relating to smoking and equipment have led me here so I thought I would join and be a part of the community.
