Just wanted to let my fellow Smokers in NC that if you live in and around the Charlotte area, that I found BEEF in NC!! Whoo-Hoo!!!
The place is Meat & Fish market in the new 7th street public market. If you live in NC than you know how EXTREMELY hard it is to find large pieces of beef to smoke (Tri-Tip, brisket,etc). Well, the Meat & Fish market on 7th street has brisket, tri-tip, they even carry Waygu beef, and waygu pork(didn't know they even made waygu pork). So if you need good beef, pork, or fish. Then check it out.
