The other day I smoked up a batch of spices, cheese and some red chilies I got from my recent trip to Las Cruces NM. I posted a thread about it here.

Well tonite I decided to go ahead and cook up the batch of chiles I smoked the other day and holy smokes it was un-freekin-believable!!
This is certainly the best batch of Red Chile and pork I've ever tasted and the smoked peppers added a VERY nice new dimension to it!! I will be doing this to my red chiles from now on!!
