Help needed

I assumed that, but how? Same 250* or more like a regular roast?

I am checking into an old bullet smoker my wife's dad has and see if I can get it running soon
 
I got nothing for you on the smoker issues....

But to cook the pork. Do it in your oven the same way you would in the smoker. You just wont get the smoke flavor.

If you have a grill you can turn it on high and char the outside to get a bit of that flavor first if you like.

You can add some BBQ Sauce during the foil stage for a little smoky flavor....
 
Ok cool, well I put it the oven to get it started and am going to pick up the bullet smoker and see if I can't get it going in that
