Pick up a bottom round for supper tonight.

Few thing to throw into the pan for Au jus

Added the beef broth

Add some rub

On the UDS. Will smoke around 230 degrees . Will take off when the IT hit 145

When I pick up the Bottom round the big red sticker caught my eye. $5 for butts?

They had 2 of them so had to get them.

That around $.69lbs

  Both was around 7lbs each.

Ran out of pellets last week so pick some up

One of the Tire stores had a drum for $10 so pick this up. No lid

 No red liner

.  I took the flat lid and the dome lid off my UDS and tried it on this one.

no good . This one is bigger then my other drum. So the lids was to small for it.

Here what I'm thinking. I have another drum with lid (and red liner). Going to cut that one

off below the first rib on the drum and stick it on top of this one. That way I will have a

taller UDS. I will start a new thread on the build when I start it. Might be next weekend

If the weather not to bad.

Love a drum with out a red liner.

Well the Bottom round is just about ready to come off the smoker. Will update with finish pic soon.
