Just found the site and I am excited to learn from you all...I use one of the little steel box smokers from gander mtn. My plan is to build a small smoke house from pallet wood... and hopefully I can post the whole process!

Welcome to SMF. I was in Bemidji about 6 years ago. A lot of Walleyes.....I can tell ya that much!
