Used Austin National BBQ smoker with large box on the back to hold or cook at different temps, also has a gas assist that works very well for these cold michigan nights, there is six 8' shelves, this unit works VERY well i upgraded but i used it for a year with no problems! it holds 48 pork buts or 80 st louis cuts ribs or six cases of full briskets with no problem. please send email with any questions.
