Hello all.
I had a Rival mini smoker/roaster that I got my smoking feet wet with over the past couple years. It gave up the ghost this fall so I was looking for a new electric and tripped on this site.
I've now decided I'll get a Masterbuilt 30 or 40 soon based on what I've learned here and other on-line reviews. I'll be checking the Sam's club floor this evening.
I figured I may as well sign up and take futher advantage of this site, and hopefully learn enough to contribute to some discussions.
