Just joined the forum and thought I would say hello. I live in the Valley of Virginia on a diversified sheep hay and grain farm. We grow pretty much everything we eat, and so I've been making sausage, bacons and hams for a few years now. Love the forum and thought I'd better join after spending so much time lurking around. Great forum!
