I have never attempted it though kinda of nervous I will be using my weber kettle gold witch I just got so I'm new to the kettle also. for wood I will be using wild cherry wood that I chopped up. I will be using mad hunky hot wang rub and sprit zing every hour or do with 50/50 water and vinegar. now is we're i need help how do I know when there done and how do I determine the cooking time.

wings dont take verry long to cook,   depending on the cooking temp and how evenly there being cooked,  id take one off and check it at 45 min,  they should be pretty close to done

The wings look good and I see you realized Indirect heat with a small fire was the way to go on a kettle. Nice Job!...JJ
