So this sauce came about after a last minute decision to smoker some ribs at my parents house this last weekend, and realizing that my parents did not have any of the ingredients to make my standard to go sauce. look around the cupboards I found a bottle of stubbs original BBQ sauce. Now I have nothing against Stubbs but I have found that there sauce is pretty boring and I love to experiment. So I decided to modify it. And this is what I came up with.

1 -18oz bottle of stubbs original BBQ sauce

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbs coarse sea salt

aprox 4 oz. Madhava Organic Raspberry Agave Nectar (plus or minus to taste)

(available at Trader Joe's or online)

Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and let simmer 2 hours.

This sauce turn out AMAZING! It was a extreme home run. (Even my friends daughter who HATES BBQ sauce could no get enough of it.)

So I share this because I want to hear all of your input and thoughts. Also would love to hear any ideas or changes you would make to it.

Thanks everyone

William
