My name is Len Shandruk and I am a retired Canadian Wildlife Service biologist and a bison farmer. I live in the country near Edmonton, Alberta. I have been smoking fish and game meats for over 30 years. I am currently looking for a good vacu-sealer. I am a member of the C-Dory and several knife making forums. Looking forward to exchanging ideas and information on this forum.
