After a successfull deer hunt I am making the first round of buck sticks to be given away with smoked cheese for Christmas presents...this have become a tradition and they (friends, family)have gotten to where they expect it every year, so here goes.
Nice 8 point Hill Country Buck 11-29-2012 - Burnett, TX

A clean shot

Butcher Boy Time !!

Boning out the hindquarters.....

Course grind on the pork.

Same goes for the venison.

BREAK TIME ---intermission.

All done and fixin to go in the cooler for the night.
Thank goodness for the cooler because it is unusually warm here in TX right now.

Into the smoker, I use a wireless network camera to keep an eye on the temp using my i-phone.
First batch is complete.

Thank you for viewing. Have safe Holiday and tell Santa I need/want a bigger smoker this year....

Nice

The Buck stopped there for sure.

I have a wireless Foscam like yours. Been wanting to set it up but lost on the router porting stuff.

I may be able to help you on that porting., let the router give the camera a IP address., edit that entry and change the port to say 82 or 84 TCP/IP. . Now plug the wireless camera in with a cable and access its setup menu. Change the port to the same as set in the router and you should be good to go. Once I have done this I go back into the router and tell it to make the camera address Static instead of assigning it each time. That wayyour cam is always at the same ip address. Hope this helps you to set it up. It really not that difficult.

Nice buck I hunted the Hill Counrty for many years around Manard...Have a friend that owns a 200ac. ranch there now. He is always wanting me to come and hunt with him..

Nice job on the sausage. Looks like you have all the stuff it takes...
