hi guys and gals. Well I'm brad 32 yrs old live in upstate ny. I have two boys a 8 and a 2 year old. I have been grilling since about 14 but just recently got into smoking. So I'm a noob smoker I have been using a ECB hope to get a better unit come spring time.
