Hello there, I'm Ralph B. out of Palmetto Bay, FL. I just recently received a brinkmann gourmet electric smoker as a gift and have enjoyed throwing down some pretty decent grub on it. I'm pretty good with the ribs, turkey legs, whole chickens and turkeys but I need help in the beef brisket department. My first one did not come out as I planned or seen on T.V. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
