I am looking for a dual probe thermometer to monitor meat temperature and smoker temperature. I live in the midwest and although it has been warmer here in the winters lately, I am looking for a unit that will work around 0 F. What dual probe units are good for this?  Thanks in advance.

I don't think there would be a problem because of the temperature outside.  The unit I use is a Maverick ET-732.  IIRC the instructions didn't have a usable temperature range listed.  My concern would be battery life.  Cold air can suck the life out of batteries pretty quickly.  The Maverick has been in 20 degree temps and had no ill effects so my next step is to try it in colder temps...
