Man I felt like I was cheating by cooking on my wsm. It was my first cook on it and it really was effortless. It was so nice not having to worry about my temps. Will post qview of my next smoke I promise as I know pics or it didn't happen.

Sssssssh.....  don't give away the WSM secret.  It's really hard work and we slave over those smoked meats. 

(pay no attention to the easy chair and cooler of ice cold beer.... these are not the droids you are looking for....)

to be honest with you I completely forgot about it. I don't know if I could do the whole weekend but I would love to come up for the day.
