I see many people talking about the Amnps system for cold smoking. I'm still very new to the smoking scene, but I am using a uds with a side fire box that seems to work good for me. Wondering if I'm doing "it" wrong.
 
chazbot, morning and welcome to the forum...... If your temps are low enough that the cheese doesn't melt, you are doing it just right..... Dave
 
Living in Michigan...lucky to have temps workable for cold smoking at this time of year is awesome..gonna try to take advantage of it!
