Hi everyone.  I got a beef from the locker and I got texas back ribs.  I have never seen these let alone smoked them does anyone have a good way to do them?

I picked up some beef baby backs that I cooked at 250* using a 3 - 1.5 ~ 1 technique.  I rubbed with spicy brown mustard and KC Masterpiece steak seasoning and some Bad Byron's Butt Rub and put them on a clean burning fire for 3 hours.  I put some brown sugar on a piece of foil with some agave, parkay and tiger sauce and placed the meaty side down, then added brown sugar, parkay, tiger sauce, and agave nectar to the bone side and wrapped them - back on for about 1.5 hours.  Then I removed them from the foil and let them tighten up about just under an hour.  I did not serve with sauce and they were AWESOME!
