Bacon jam is awesome stuff, I used to make it before I got diabetes.

Saw this on Facebook this morning...and thought I would share.  Hmmmm.....I just might make some for a few of our Male friends who love B A C O N!  The think it's a food group all to it's own.

It is one of the more interesting Recipes and sounds good. Uncured Bacon!?! Cavegirl must be one of them Paranoid types...

Chef...yes....some of the folks that I look at their information are just that.  They are the "real food" types of folks.  BUT...a recipe is just like a quilt pattern...it's a guide.  You can do anything with it that you want!

I didn't think there was a Bacon Jam either Arnie!
