Hey fellas and gals thinking about doing brisket this weekend in the MES for the first time. Curious if yall have always got the whole 16 pound packer in there
I have done the biggest pack that the butcher had.I had top put foil on the ends so that the brisket wouldnt stick to the sides of the unit. had it in the smoker for 22 hours and still had to finish it in the oven LOL.
