Hey guys just a quick question, doing my first pulled pork tomorrow and wondering if you guys ever have trouble removing the pork from the grill when its done.  i worried the meat will fall apart as i try to take it off the grill.  any advise would be much appreciated.

Have a spatula to assist.

I cook mine to 190 then pull out of smoker and foil to rest. The carry over cooking will bring you to about 200. I don't go to much higher in temp. I like the meat to still have some body to it. Going to 205 or more it get too stringy and almost mushy for my liking. But most go to 205 and then rest.
