I've been lurking here for months and gotten a lot of great ideas from you guys.  I don't have much smoking experience, but I'm learning.  I've done a couple of butts and racks of ribs on an old smokey I converted to natural gas with mixed results.  I'm finishing up my food warmer to natural gas fired verticle smoker and will create a thread in "Other Builds" shortly.
