happy thanksgiving! living in this US of A we really should be thankful.I'm ready for a early date with the smoker.8 pork loins rubbed and on ice. 1 turkey that's been in buttermilk for 15 hrs.and a breakfast sausage made of 1lb of hot sausage, 1lb of mild sausage, 1lb of goetta,browned rolled in pepper bacon. don't forget my wife's french toast.
