Glad to find this forum to read and learn from the vast knowledge base. Today was the first opportunity that I've had to try my new MES 40". Cooked some chicken along with Mac and Cheese. Both items were delicious! I do believe that I will enjoy smoking! Plan to try a turkey breast and some ribs next.
