Hello everyone my name is Dave i live in north east oregon.I was on hear a few years back but with moving and work kinda lost touch but iam still smokin.Ilive in a small town in OR.called enterprise.i use a propane smoker my wife got for me a few years back from cabelas i know it was made for them i just can not remamber by who.It is 4' tall x about 15" inside with out the legs that make it about 5' tall it is S.S.the main thing i smoke is pork.Iam starting to do some modifications on it.to get more heat and control at lower heat.also built a house to keep it warm to smoke this winter.  Thanks for reading Dave

Thank you driedstick..Thats cool well have to send smoke signals think its your turn tonight because that wind is really blowing out of the north.. :o)

There are some inexpensive simple mods you can do to get the temps down.
