Hi All-
As someone who considers himself somewhere between novice and moderately experienced chef, I'm delving quickly into the world of smoking. Currently I have a cheaper, store bought smoker that has produced some excellent (my and my friends' opinion anyway) brisket, pulled pork, and chicken over the past summer.
I'm currently researching building my own custom smoker over the winter as I have access to considerable metal working and welding resources in my family.
I look forward to actively participating here and can't wait to dive into the forums for some new ideas!
