Hi everyone part time lurker I really enjoy the info I got from this site.

Just a bit about me I am a firm believer in the chruch of Weber.   I do work with hertic gases but also use wood and charcoal. Working on my fire building skills and my flavors.   If it oinks, peeps, moos, or grows in the earth I have tried to grill it.

As long as the food is good and tastes good I don't care what it was cooked on (except electric heathen)

I have been making my own spices lately and having a good time with my smoker.

I am the only guy on my deck year round trying to cook something.  It lies in my Western New York roots. Cold and snow is only a matter of mind over matter.  I don't mind and it don't matter as long as I can shovel out the cookers I am fine.

Hopefully we can share info and ideas.
I have a Masterbuilt Propane Smoker (4 shelf)

Weber Silver Kettle Grill  (have the drop in side grill top)

Weber Genesis (All Black)  propane

Big Aik,

You sound like quite the character! Glad to have you aboard and look forward to conspiring with you in the near future about smoking!
