Any who here it is:

Rolling out, Ground beef and pork sausage

The fixin's, peppers, refried beans, onions, rot-tell tomatoes, and taco seasoned beef.

Per Harley's recipe, Tortilla goes first

Then refried beans

Some shredded cheese

Seasoned beef, peppers, onions, and tomatoes

Now I'm thinking, how in the heck am I going to roll this...

Bacon weave, ( ran out of homemade so had to buy this KaKa)

Wrapped up and ready to rock..

Two hours in and looking good...IMHO

Time to make some Beer Bread inspired by Tasunkawito

Made the batter per his recipe and added some dill and granulated onion

Made another one and added, left over rot-tell, added some peppers and cheese

Fattie is out and ready to rest

Bread is done and smells really good.

Yum

This was real tasty

Will be making this on a constant basis.

Once again thank you guys for providing some great ideas to make Mama Bear and me happy and full.

Thanks for looking!
