My name is Dustin Huston and I live in Norwalk Iowa. We recently bought a masterbuilt 30" electric smoker with digital controls. I know its kind of cheating but convenience was a key decision. As a fire chief for a small town time can be an issue. We usually smoke something on Sunday for family dinner and will be using it at the camper next year.

I'm a novice smoker but have done a lot of reading. I'm looking forward to learning more and taking advantage of everyones experience. Thanks in advance and hopefully I can help someone out sometime.
