Put these babies in last nite around 11 pm.

SPOGed em good!!!


WSM/Guru at 225....KB charcoal and pecan from the yard tree...>


AT 6am here and they got stuck with the therms and are very happy at 170.


Cranked the guru up to 260.


2 come out at 185 for slicing the other 2 will go the distance to 205 for pulling.

I forsee some great chow in the Panhandle today!!!

Sounds awesome!  I'm looking forward to a smoke today too!  Wish I had time for a butt though...  Ribs will have to do.

I would love nothing more then to kick back on the coast and relax while talking with a fellow smoker. However this weekend is all about my wife, her birthday was Friday. So she has a long list of to do's for me today.

We do go through your parts on the way to a family reunion every summer around 4th of July. Perhaps we could meet up then. Hope to have my trailer build done in time. I was voluntold I am doing the ribs. Only 80 racks.........

We are 35 miles from the beach..

I used to go through there with my dad to get to Cedar Key and Suwanee when he was farm raising clams. Nice quiet area. Wife has family that live in Keaton Beach.
