Hi all! I'm excited to be part of this forum! I've referenced this site tons of times when searching for answers about smoking awesome bbq. BBQ has long been a passion of mine. From butts to chicken, I love it all! Right now I'm using a Brinkman Smoke 'N Grill but have had a few different smokers throughout the years. I know...my equipment is novice, but I find that sometimes less is more! I look forward to learning and sharing alike with all of you!

OK. I did a little bit of updating on my profile. Smoking a couple of whole chickens right now so I'll probably have a couple pics of that in a few hours! BBQ LIFE! :grilling_smilie:
 
As soon as i get to a computer I'll be able to post pics. It's saying my phone isn't compatible with the site. Came out good tonight! The wife actually went back for a second helping! Pic of the birds is my avatar if you want to see.
