Been lurking the forums for about two months, since I invested in a Bradley Original Smoker.

Have done ribs, pork shoulder, whole chickens, turkey legs, and meatloaf fatties with a bacon weave. Planning a whole turkey for Thanksgiving and haven't quite worked up to a brisket yet.
