Greetings from Richmond, VA.  I've been smoking unique creations for the past year.  I started out with a turducken inside a pig for a Thanksgiving charity.  I then went to corn beef and stuffing inside a turkey inside a pig for a St. Patty's Festival.  They turned out to be delicious and not simply a novelty.

This Thanksgiving I am going to class it up a bit more traditionally by smoking a huge turkey, with several layers of birds and stuffing.  Wondered if you had any suggestions, as it's my first time doing naked birds.

Great site btw.

Nate
