I am very new to smoking, but can't wait to get better acquainted.  I have an old CharBroil grill that I attached a fire box onto, and round 1 worked out pretty well!  It needs some tweaking, but my biggest problem right now is my know-how.  I do have a local mentor who has been at it a little longer than I who can offer a few pointers.
