Hi All,

Just wanted to jump in and give a quick "Hello"...  I've been reading through the forums for the past few weeks so figured it was time to register.  I am a complete novice but looking forward to all the info that is available here!

I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30-Inch Electric Smokehouse Smoker.  It's still sitting in the box but I am hoping to unpack it this weekend and break it in.  I'd like to get a few smokes under my belt before our Thanksgiving Turkey...
