Hey all,

I found this forum while looking for tips for using my new Masterbilt Extra Wide propane smoker.  I've used foil packets of chips to give my grilled meats a smoky flavor for a while, but always wanted a smoker.  Bass Pro had this on sale and my wife bought it for me for our anniversary in June. 

I look forward to learning a lot from you experienced guys and hopefully contributing something.
