I'm from Wisconsin, and recently purchased an electric masterbuilt smoker. I've tried smoked Salmon with not the best results due to flavor and texture. Seems to get flaky and a bit mushy. I'll keep trying till I get it right, any tips would be helpful.
Also tried some ribs, turned out well with "Jeffs Rub", next I'll try the wet/sticky ribs and a turkey for Thanksgiving.
Has anyone tried a Steak or Prime Rib?
