Hello, i have only lived here in the USA for 5 years and coming from the UK smoking, grilling and bbq is still in its infancy compared to here so i am very new to the smoking world, done a lot of investigating and reading, been reading the newsletters now venturing into the forums, getting ready to take the plunge and splash the cash down on some equipment. have had gas line and electric run out on to the deck out back so i am still debating which fuel type to utilise. i will try to keep questions short as i am known to ramble sometimes, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and cheers
