I was viewing the recent posts trying to decide what to smoke last weekend and came across HarleySmoker's
Burrito Fatty and Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans. They sounded like a good combination to me. So...
A trip to the local grocery store and I had the ingredients.
I stuffed some of the peppers with the Pimento Cheese
and threw the link sausage in the smoker as well.
It is amazing what a little mixing of this and that and three
hours in the MES will produce.
The wife wanted to try her hand at plating.
I want to thank and give credit to Dutch and HarleySmoker for their
ideas and inspiration. I simply followed their lead.
I will do definitely do this over and over--IT IS THAT GOOD.
