Hi everybody, I'm a new user of this forum and happy to be here. I'm planning a trip down south and would want to know where we should stop in North or South Carolina to eat great St-Louis cut ribs and pulled pork near I-95.

Guy, morning..... I have never been there for Q but I would suggest asking at small locally owned businesses where they go for Q... In KC, I had great Q in a very small setup in a parking lot...  Lil Jakes.... seating for 6 and a take out window....   The line was about 60 deep and the food was bib worthy....   Dave
