I bought a bradley 4 rack smoker and have only done ribs twice. first time was great second was just o.k. My family wants me too try a brisket for the next smoke. I dont want a bad brisket, any ideas on this so I dont have a bad brisket. thanks for your help..
 
Here is my brisket smoke and a couple things I did with the leftovers......

You can place the pan of aus jus stuff on the shelf below the brisket.

If you want a more broth style aus jus, just replace the tomato sauce with more beef broth.
