Newbie to the forum

Hey everyone, my name is Jan and I'm from Texas. I've smoked with the Masterbuilt electric smoker for several years.  I chose this for the convenience because I stay very busy between work and hunting.  I've been using Jeff's recipes for several years and do a great job with pulled pork, pork ribs, brisket as well as others meats.  I do welcome any advise.  Thanks so much
